No two design ideas come from the same place so there’s no set process we follow. It’s a case of taking your brief and applying a blend of technical problem-solving and visual imagination. Typically, that starts with brainstorming, researching, sketching and creating moodboards before progressing onto space planning, concept development and 3D rendering.
Design Inspiration
We typically share our initial ideas through sketches and mood boards. Sketching helps us to easily visualise and review overall concepts, whilst mood boards bring the look and feel of the idea to life, helping us discuss preferred colours, textures and materials.
Brand positioning
Injecting elements of your brand into your new environment is crucial to achieve a cohesive interior design. We’ll review your existing brand, focusing on your logo, colours, graphics and key messaging then discuss how we can develop and translate it into your physical environment.
Space planning
Finding the best layout for your space – one that’s functional and works for your business – underpins every design. After surveying and analysing your overall space, our technical designers will use their experience (and the latest CAD software) to develop space plans that make the most effective, efficient use of your space, based on your objectives.
Concept Visuals & 3D Renders
The next stage is to turn our creative thinking and technical problem-solving into full-blown concepts and 3D visuals. This helps us to explore design ideas and gives you a realistic visual representation of your new space. At this point, we can discuss the details of the finished space: from materials, flooring and lighting to signage, graphics, and bespoke fixtures and fittings.
Landlord Design Approval Packs
If you’re a start-up or new business looking to secure a commercial unit, the process can be complex and challenging. That’s where our landlord packs come in. These include concept visuals/3D Renders of the design, space plans, branding and top line detailed drawings. They’ll help make sure your application gets proper consideration, giving you the competitive edge to secure your preferred unit.
