The Challenge
Software company XEYEX had outgrown their existing office, but their next move was about more than extra space. Their new home needed to reflect how far the business had come, with all the warmth, energy and personality of its people. Somewhere their teams could feel was theirs, where clients would feel welcome and experience the people and brand first-hand.
What we did
From our first meetings with XEYEX, their people provided the inspiration. Their energy, warmth and enthusiasm gave us a clear direction: to bring the brand’s personality into the space. How teams worked, shared ideas and spent time with clients shaped the layout.
At its heart, a multifunctional area accommodates events, client sessions and team gatherings. A sweeping acoustic curtain adds texture and drama, opening for larger groups or drawing in for smaller meetings while helping manage sound.
Overhead, a bespoke, colourful ceiling raft captures the brand’s boldness and quirkiness. A hero wall celebrates the XEYEX story through milestones, awards and a UK client map of business wins. Their personality guided everything, from these larger features to the colours, materials and finishes.

Vibrant, quirky and full of energy, the new workspace reflects the XEYEX brand in every way. Designed around community and human connection, it gives teams a sense of belonging and clients a warm welcome.
