The Challenge

Coffee and Dessert café Holmes Sweet Home approached us to help get their new business venture off the ground.

With a successful track record of helping start-ups and new business ventures, we were able to provide strategic advice and guidance on key elements of the physical set up of the new coffee and dessert café.

What we did

To start the ball rolling, we needed to help find the right unit, so along with the café founders, we visited several potential units and completed feasibility survey and layout review to understand and advise on which units had the best potential commercially.

Once the lease was signed, we moved onto customer profiling and brand development, including name creation, logo, colours, graphics and key messaging for all elements of the business as well the physical environment.

With an affluent location and a diverse range of target customers, the interior concept required a contemporary design theme, with a hint of playfulness.
