The Challenge

The McArthur Glen designer retail outlet needed to boost their coffee provision for visitors. Our client, an already established coffee and patisserie pop-up, were asked by McArther Glen to extend their offering to a physical space within the retail outlet.

What we did

As a second venture to their existing pop up, we needed to help our client start from scratch – so first we created the brand identity for their Greek inspired patisserie and coffee house.

Considering things from a both a commercial start-up and customer perspective, our focus was to design a space that is efficient as it inspiring, to ensure the new business could function to maximum potential.

The design theme was inspired by the natural and rustic feel of authentic Greek interiors, with a sense of elegance and warmth achieved through the considered use of materials and colours.

We worked collaboratively and liaised with multi stakeholders, including McArther Glen centre management teams, architects and contractors to facilitate and ensure all of the needs were met from both and creative and technical perspective, including the design of the café concept and development of a comprehensive design pack.
