They came to us to help create a consistent, recognisable experience for patients, wherever they visit…
What we did
After exploring UKSKIN’s brand and growth plans, we identified the missing piece: a clear store concept. Without it, contractors were interpreting interiors their own way.
We created a store concept for national rollout: a flexible design system that works across different clinics while ensuring the brand translates consistently into the physical environment—balancing the warmth of a welcoming space with the clinical professionalism patients expect.

The new concept gives UKSKIN a welcoming yet clinical design, scalable across all locations and simple for contractors to replicate—ensuring a consistent, high-quality standard everywhere.
