Eco Wellness Resort, Ghana

The Challenge

We were appointed as the creative lead for a unique project — a five-star eco wellness resort in Ghana. Working alongside an international team of architects and developers, our role was to define the creative vision and establish the design direction for what will become one of the country’s most distinctive destinations. The challenge was to bring together luxury, wellness sustainability and local identity in a way that feels truly Ghanaian, while appealing to an international audience

What we did

Our brief was to steer the creative direction of the resort, drawing on our experience in health, wellbeing and hospitality design to shape a space that feels restorative and connected to its surroundings.

Inspired by Ghana’s landscape, materials and craft traditions, we developed a contemporary design language that celebrates local culture through natural palettes, tactile finishes and authentic detail.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary international team, we’ve ensured the creative intent is embedded from the outset. Our design blueprint now shapes the wider resort, guiding the development of every building and interior as the project evolves.

Result

We worked with Retail Experience Design to bring our vision for a new contrast therapy spa to life. The unit, an old derelict building, needed a complete transformation, and the team delivered stunning concepts and 3D renders that perfectly captured our ambition and vision for the space. The service couldn’t have been better. Dean and the team understood exactly what we wanted and somehow managed to enhance every idea we had. We weren’t given a single suggestion we didn’t absolutely love – 10/10!!
